The annual general meeting of ASNA and the selection of CEO of Taba Co. as a member of the Board of Directors

On Tuesday, 10 A.M, Jan. 30^th 2018, at the site of the Tarasht power plant, the annual general meeting of ASNA was held with the participation of a number of directors and representatives of power plants’ product and operation management and repair companies, with the presence of Mr. Eng. Mehrdad as the Support Deputy of the specialized mother company for the production of thermal power and also Mr. Rabiei, the legal inspector of the Ministry of Cooperation, Labor and Social Welfare. In this meeting after the presentation of the secretary's report, Mr. Hossein Mehriyan, made a speech regarding the activities of the past two years of Mr. Seyed Mohsen Eftekhari, Chairman of the Board, and presented the important goals and challenges facing the Association of Power Plants. The members of the Assembly unanimously approved the reports presented. A financial report of the Association was presented by Mr. Vafarad, ASNA’s financial manager for the past two years, which was approved by all members present at the Assembly, and then Engineer Abulhassan Shibani, the legal inspector of the Board of Directors, delivered a lecture on future activities and presented relevant reports. Subsequently, election of the Board of Directors of the Assembly was done, and members were nominated for election to the new Board of Directors. The election ceremony was conducted in accordance with legal procedures and the following results were obtained.

3. Siamak Mirzaei from Damavand Power Plant
4. Seyed Mohammadreza Sharifi from MAPNA group Power Plant operation manager
5. Bahman Niki from Isfahan Power Plant
6. Ali Nikbakht from Ifa Sanaat Taba Co.
7. Gholamhosein Ehtesham Zad from Power Supply management for Khorasan Gas Power Plants Co.
